December 5, 2015. During the OLYMPEX NASA project flight on December 5, 2015, the monitor for the LWC side of the probe failed.

December 1, 2015. During the OLYMPEX NASA project flight on December 1, 2015, the monitor for the LWC side of the probe failed. The sensor head was replaced with SN 370 before the December 3, 2015 flight.

October 1 2015. Before the start of the OLYMPEX NASA field project, the Nevzorov Probe had SN 369 sensor probe head installed.

August 6 2015. During the CAPE2015 the plane was struck by lightning and the TWC was not responding. S/N 258 was tested and put back into place, however the TWC collector was still not responding.

May 31 2014. Replaced sensor head S/N 252 with S/N 258. This was done in the field during the NASA IPHEx project. S/N 252 was giving accurate LWC but the TWC was inoperative.

October 2012. Reinstalled Nevzorov (control box, probe, sensor head S/N 252. Installed newly fabricated shorter cable.

September 22, 2012. Received Nevzorov (control box, cable, probe, sensor head S/N258) from Sky Phys Tech (Sergery). The control box amp-meter was returned damaged, others cracked (possibly happened during shipping).

September 6, 2012. Shipped Nevzorov (control box, cable, probe, sensor head S/N258) to Sky Phys Tech (Sergery). The LWC collector voltage is very low (0.2 volts instead of > 2 volts).

August 30, 2012. The LWC did not work on the August 30, 2012 flight. The Nevzorov Probe had issues on the August test flight and the August 25 flight. Replaced the current, SN 258, head with SN 252. Still had problems (no responds to water during ground test) with the LWC measurement. Replaced with SN 258 (same as what we started with).

June 04, 2012. Checked probe on ground, both TWC and LWC responded to water spray. Updated incorrect old settings for S/N 258 from: 110C 248 167 152 157 to: 246 166 152 157.

May 31, 2012. Install control box in side rack 1 in aircraft.

May 04, 2012. Received repaired control Box from Skyphystech. Skyphystech had to replace a bad board.

April 2012. Shipped Nevzorov Control Box to Skyphystech (Ontario, CA) for repair

January 16, 2012. Replaced Sensor Head Old sensor S/N 252, replaced with S/N 258. Calibration Data Sheet attached:20120604083850646.pdf

September 9, 2011. Replaced Sensor Head. Old sensor S/N = 246, replaced w/ S/N 252. Need to file / sand down blue part of the connector to make the sample head fit in the collar that bolts into the probe's pillar
