University of North Dakota (UND) Affiliate Status
Purpose
The affiliate status is required at UND for people working with UND personnel who need network, email access, or other account access, This includes all employed students that leave the University, as employed students have all account, including email accounts, removed automatically when terminated. By having the affiliate status approved ahead of time, employed students will not have email and other accounts suspended upon termination. Retraining email account access was tested in August/September 2024 with Nicholas Camp affiliate status request/approval and then termination.
