PURPOSE: Create new Track Files using a modified Titan Params file and then convert the generated files to ASCII format.

Data from storm with both complex and simple track numbers 15 occurring on 2017/07/09 at 19:51:27 are compared.

Application Used: Titan. A new params file is used. Run the following to generate the params file.

Input Used in Titan: Gridded cartesian radar data in mdv format.

Output Produced by Titan: A new set of storm track files in .th5 format.

Generate a new set of track files using the Titan params file (titan.olds.params):

Titan -start "2017 07 09 12 00 00" -end "2017 07 10 12 00 00" -params ./Titan.olds.params
