System Lock

Problem
Sometimes when you turn on the HVPS the M200 data system locks up once it gets the first data buffer from the probe. The first data buffer is sent out within about 10 seconds of turning the problem on.
Cause
Cause seems to be related to the acquisition of the HVPS data. The lockup will happen when only doing HVPS acquisition and writting data to tape. Writting data to disk does not lock up the system. Seems to be a random memory thing. Changes to the tables cause the error to move to a different part of memory and then will not lock up the system.
Solution
Tried many software changes with out luck. Seems like we got lucky and found a table configuration / system so we can get HVPS data without locking up the system. Not really a fix to the problem but it is kind of working. Hopefully, new M300 system will not have this same problem.
