Late July: HVPS probe was attached to M300 and M300 system was receiving housekeeping data for a while. Later, no data was being received and probe laser would shut off when probe was connected to computer.

Cable connecting HVPS and M300 was tested for continuity by Aaron Ness and determined to be in working order.

HVPS was connected to M300 computer again on August 26, 2009. When the probe was powered on with the computer off, the laser would be present. As soon as the computer was turned on, laser would shut off.
