To begin, you must first download and run WinSCP which can be downloaded here: http://wiki.atmos.und.edu/doku.php?id=atmos:citation:soft:winscp

Once in the application look for the directories on the right side called “nas” and within it a separate directory labeled “Instruments”. This is where you can access the manuals of tis instruments including tis_3771 tis_3772 and tis_3775. Select the manual you wish to view and transfer it to your personal system (you should be able to access the document via a document reader).
