• Maintain aspect ratio when scaling images - Hold the <shift><Ctrl> key when selecting image corner with mouse and moving it to resize.
• Added Embedded fonts to eps file - On Linux use eps2eps command like, eps2eps -dEmbedAllFonts=true
• Add information to file that is included in exported pdf file - Under File menu select “File Info”, Under “Description” tab enter the following and select OK button.

• Create pdf files for distribution - Under File menu select “Export”, Enter correct file name, Save as type - “Adobe PDF (Print), Select “Save” button, select ”,High Quality Print], Campatibility “Acobat 5 (PDF 1.4), Ensure “Bookmarks” and “Hypelinks” are checked. Select “Security” tab. Check “Use a password to restrict printing, editing and other tasks. Enter Password, Printing allowed “High Resolution”, Changes Allowed “None”, Uncheck “enable copying of text, images and other content, Check “enable text access of screen reader devices for the visually impaired. Select Export button.
