This process is done in a Linux environment on David Delene's network

1) Navigate to /nas/ral/NorthDakota/Summer2012/Lab/CliffordHall_423/LabData/ and create a folder titled YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS (the beginning time of the first CSV file)

2) Create a folder titled DMT inside the YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS folder and paste all CSV files into DMT folder

3) In a Linux terminal, within the DMT directory, type “process_day_dmtccnc YYMMDD” with YYMMDD being the date of the trials and press enter

The screen will do things and when finished, the processed data will be located in YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS/PostProcessing

There will be 5 files in the PostProcessing folder:

• .dmtccnc_conc.raw
• .dmtccnc_conc_avg.raw
• .dmtccnc_ss_efit.raw
• .serialc.dmtccnc.raw
• .serialh.dmtccnc.raw
