The NOAA Weather and Climate Toolkit is used for a quick look at radar data.

**How to run the program**

You can download this software at www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/wct/ You want to make sure you launch the program and do not download the stand alone download. 

**Data Types Supported**

 This software has  U.S. Drought Monitor Service,NEXRAD Radar Data (Level-II and Level-III), and NetCDF.
