  * Conversion script for the T-28 time-series data to NASA-ADPAA format. 
  * See if the pbp data has the same time offset.
  * Look at start and end of flight to see if offset is the same.
  * One of the first CAPE2015 flights had some liquid sampling.
  * Plot of correction after LWC/TWC data.
  * Know when time-constant is correct, determine time-constant with minimum error. (Summer Coleman, golden ratio, minimum time lag, determine time lag.)
