  * Last NoTAM Filed - GFK06/117 on June 6, 2023 (Can Update For next 30 Days) MW
  * State - North Dakota #4
  * Opening - I would like to file a NOTAM for a Unmanned Balloon Flight
  * Closest Airport Code - GFK
  * Location - We are 4.5 Nautical Miles east of GFK on the 118 radial. There is a VLR on site.
  * Direction of Travel - East
  * Flight Levels - Surface to Unlimited (110,000 ft).
  * Weight - 2.1 lbs.
  * When -  Day and time of the weather balloon flight (example: Thursday July 8 at 16:00 UTC).
