The QuickSubmit Plugin can be used to quickly and easily upload new submissions to current, former, or future issues. Here's how it's done: 1) Upload the submission by clicking the "Choose File" button under Submission File in the Submission Data section, choose the file, and click "Upload" 2) Select the issue to which the submission belongs by clicking the button "Add to an existing issue" and selecting the issue from the dropdown menu in the Submission Destination section at the top of the page 3) Fill out the necessary data in the Submission Data section * Journal Section, Author's first and last name and email, and title of submission are all required fields * Author's affiliation, submission abstract, and indexing terms are recommended * When adding additional authors, repeat Step 2 before continuing to Step 4 after clicking "Add Author" * Only major words should be capitalized in the submission's title; click [[http://www.textfixer.com/tools/capitalize-sentences.php|on this link]] for a website that will do it for you * Upon pasting the abstract into the Abstract field, line breaks will be an issue. [[http://www.textfixer.com/tools/remove-line-breaks.php|This link]] will remove line breaks for you * Read through pasted abstract and correct any mistakes made by the copy-and-paste process 4) Click "Save and create another" to upload another submission or "Save and continue" to exit the QuickSubmit Plugin Newly uploaded submissions are stored in the Editor under "In Editing" (User Home > Editor > In Editing) and can be edited by clicking on link of desired submission
