**What I Completed:** 
  * Attended weekly meeting
  * Completed Syllabus quiz
  * Completed Presurvey

**What I Learned:**
  * I became familiar with the structure of the course and the expectations of me

**Next Steps:**
  * Think about potential areas of interest/research topics. Have idea ready by next week's meeting.

**What I Completed:**
  * Was unable to attend weekly meeting due to conflict, watched the recorded video online
  * Emailed Shawn regarding my idea so he could share with the class
  * Listened to feedback from my mentor regarding my area of interest


**What I learned:**
  * Learned about a potential presentation that would correlate to the breakdown of satellites
  * I became familiar with fellow peer's ideas and projects

**Questions/Challenges**
  * Confusion on the set up of the WIKI page 
  * Unable to set up VPN and access Jupyter Notebook


**Next Steps:**
  * Think more about my area of interest
  * Try to set up VPN, WIKI page, and Jupyter Notebook

  * Set up WIKI page and created student workspace
  * Get VPN to work
  * Logged into Jupyter site
  * Downloaded data files on Jupyter notebook
  * Gain more information on the EGU Presentation pertaining to the breakdown on satellites

**What I Learned:**
  * Basic Python commands on Jupyter site
