 * **Think - High Ice Concentration.**
 * How can we make as high of an ice concentration in the NIMS as possible.  Can we use Liquid Nitrogen to make I ice crystal concentration.  
   * Is there some Liquid Nitrogen available. 
 * Best test is to see if you can produce any aggregations of particle in the NIMS chamber. Can you a lot of aggregates with the CPI at bottom of the chamber.
 * Our starting point, needs to be that we can measure some aggregates with zero electric field. 
 * Need to measure with the CPI instrument. We have software processing that can count (automatically) aggregates, and chain aggregates. 
 * The aggregates should change with the number of ice crystals contractions at the top of the chamber.


 * MOU - No problem. Next discuss with department next week (YoungSuk).
   * Michael Sadler - Very Busy. Will Legal/techical Review the MOU for UND.
   * David - Email introduction Me, Youngsuk and Michael, to get everytone introduce about MOU. Will ask about template (draft, or what they had over other). UND some times calls these Research Agreement.
