===== Create Quiz With Wrong Answers Viewable =====
  * Add Assessment -> Test
    * Set Due Date
  * Create Your Assessment using + symbol. -> Add Question Pool
    * Typically 10 Questions from the pool
  * Select the icon for Assessment Settings
    * **Display One Question at a Time**
    * Randomize Questions
    * Randomize Answers
    * Change Grade Category -> Quiz
    * Set Grading Points -> 10
    * Set Attempts Allowed -> 5 
    * Set Attempts to Grade -> All Attempts
    * Randomize Answers
    * Submission View -> Available after submission
    * Automated Questions Feedback -> Available after submission
    * **Question Scores -> After individual Grade is Posted**
    * Time Limit -> 5 minutes
    * Set Title
    * Select X
  * Turn "Visible to students"

===== Blackboard Ultra - Create Exam using Questions from Previous Exam  =====
  * Create a copy of a previous exam.
    * Have the 'Content' tab selected.
    * Select the "..." (to the left of the 'Course Content') at top to page. The '...' is at the top of the Course listing, not in the Exam itself
    * Select 'Copy Items' from the pull-down menu
    * Select the Arrow at the left until you find the Exam to copy.
      * Select the course and then "Content" from the list
      * Select "Exams"
      * Check the box of the Exam.
      * Select the "Start Copy" button.
    * Move the Exam to the correct location.
  * Update the Settings
  * Remove Questions from previous exams and add new pool questions.
    * Typically, remove questions from previous the exam that have difficulty above 90 %.

===== Old System - Create Exam using Questions from Previous Exam  =====
  * Create Previous Exam Copy
    * Under "Course Management", "Course Tools", "Tests, Surveys, and Pools" find the previous exam.
    * Next to the exam, select the ^ symbol and select "Copy" to create a new test.
  * Update the Settings
    * Go to the "Exam" section of the class Blackboard site.
    * Select "Assessments" and "Test"
    * Select the new exam under "Add an Existing Test"
  * Remove Questions from previous exams.
    * Go to old exam and select 'Item Analysis"
    * Use the "Run" button to create analysis or view the 'Available Analysis'
    * Remove all questions with Difficulty of 100 %.
      * Select Exams in class section of Blackboard.
      * Use ^ and select 'Edit the Test'
      * Expand Question section using the & ensure all questions are deplayed, if not use the 'Show All' buttom
      * View the list of question by Difficulty in report.
      * Search exam using browser 'Find' option, File question to select and select it.
      * Delete selected questions
  * Issues:
    * There is no undo so if you remove questions or selection of questions you have to start over.
