 +Answer: For budget and justification, send a draft budget and justification to Amber. A helpful budget tool can be found at https://und.edu/research/grants-and-funding/pre-award-forms.html. Amber will work with the PI to modify the budget. Once she approves the budget and justification, send the final version to her.
 +For signatures from the Dean or Department Chair, use DocuSign at https://account.docusign.com/. Login with your UND account, draft the document and add the Dean and/or the Department Chair's names and emails. Once you finish the document. Click "Send." You will be notified by email (dse_na3@docusign.net) once all the signatures have been completed and you will receive the final signed document as an attachment.

 +Answer: For the internal proposals that don’t go through Novelution, Amber keep digital files of the working papers on the budgets and justifications for JDO fiscal. RSPD is also maintaining a record of the submissions for the internal calls they put out.
