+Answer: For budget and justification, send a draft budget and justification to Amber. A helpful budget tool can be found at https://und.edu/research/grants-and-funding/pre-award-forms.html. Amber will work with the PI to modify the budget. Once she approves the budget and justification, send the final version to her.

Login with your UND account, draft the document and add the Dean and/or the Department Chair's names and emails. Once you finish the document. Click "Send."
