Looks all hail storms.  Use water processing, with like 5% and nothing to compare. kdp look at to get some water information.  Kdp really really response to droplets in the air, maybe see water coming off the hail, kdp pick up large waterdrops.

+  * Pat - Looked at Spreadsheet. Usable data from 1995, all three flight seems to have good radar data, June 20, June 22, June 27.  Had usable radar data.
+  * James - Has best 10 second files, but updating code to specific times.

+  * David - We can just go with the 10 second interval that start with at beginning of flight. Get the random sample.
